Established in 2016, Change Real Estate started in Las Vegas and was founded by Michael and Yuwathida Blonsky. Michael brought 20+ years of technology and startup experience to the table in setting up and building Change Real Estate to combine the best of "old school" hands-on marketing and relationship-based selling with the latest technology to enhance the buying and selling experiences for all parties. Change Real Estate - Alexandria Virginia
Established in 2025, Change Real Estate in Alexandria Virginia became our first East Coast franchise of Change Real Estate. Serving the "DMV Area" (DC, Maryland, Virginia), our latest US location aims to replicate the success of our Las Vegas location by keeping the same "boutique", hands-on experience for our clients. Keeping our office small and customer focused is the key to ensuring that our Northern Virginia, DC and Southern Maryland clients are happy and well served.
Change Samui Real Estate
Established in 2021, Change Samui Real Estate established our first international sales office in Koh Samui Thailand. During the global pandemic, Thailand was hit very hard and real estate sales suffered. While everyone was exiting the business, we saw an opportunity to get in on the "ground floor" and build a truly unique real estate practice that ensures buyers and sellers (especially foreign nationals) are protected every step of the way. Our team is fluent in English and Thai and has connections with all the resources necessary to safely purchase a home, land or a business in Koh Samui.
Change Hua Hin Real Estate
Established in 2023, Change Hua Hin Real Estate became our second international sales office in Thailand. Hua Hin Thailand is a costal city about 2 hours south of Bankok is is much like the Hamptons for wealthy Bangkok families. With 9 world-class golf courses, ample bike trails, and an international tennis center that hosts a WTA-250 event every year, Hua Hin is home to a large number of European, Australian, New Zealand, American and Canadian ex-pats who love the location for it's temperate climate and very mild rainy season.
